Both glamping units can incorporate two adults as standard. The Iconic Airstream has a king sized bed and “The Lookout Shepherd’s” Hut has a double sized wall bed.

The Airstream can accommodate an additional two guests.  The sofa folds down into a double bed to accommodate either one or two guests, whilst the diner also folds down into a single bed. For additional comfort, we provide air mattresses to place on top of the folded down beds. 

The Shepherds’ Hut can accommodate one extra guest sleeping on an air mattress on the hut floor. 

The Country Cottage has three beds rooms and accommodates up to 5 guests.  One room has a super kingsize bed, which can be divided into two singles, another room with a kingsize bed and the final room has a queen size bed for single occupancy.

Additional guests fees are £30 per person, per night and this include all bedding a towels. We also can provide a travel cot for £30 per stay.

The minimum stay is two nights in the “The Lookout” Shepherd’s Hut and the Iconic Airstream. 

The Country Cottage has a minimum of three nights.

The maximum stay is 31 days for all units

Please contact us if you believe you have left any personal items behind.  If we happen to find your lost item, you’re welcome to either pick it up, or we can mail it back to you for a fee.

Yes, there is space for 2 cars to park outside your accommodation.

Yes, there is handwash, hand & body lotion, shower gel and hand sanitiser. We also have cotton wool pads available for your use.

We just love dogs and we welcome up to two well behaved dogs in all our units fee of £40 per dog. This fee includes a doggie welcome pack of a dog mat, dog towel, feeding and water bowls, a dog washer gadgets to use during your stay, and some biodegradable poop bags (you can keep these…!)

Pre-booking is essential as we are a working farm and often have livestock on site, so we must know if dogs are coming with you. We have some doggie house rules we ask all guests to follow:

Our cottage has two single bedrooms in addition the master bedroom, which are perfect for children. However, the glamping units are adults only. We also have a travel cot for hire (£30) if you wish to book it.

Due to the design of our accommodation options, we regret they are not currently suitable for those with accessibility challenges.  However, we have plans to introduce one in the future, so watch this space!

After you have booked your stay, we will email you descriptive instructions on how to find us and how to access your accommodation. 

Yes, there are plenty – from the Downs Link to local walks on the doorstep. We have more recommended walks in our welcome pack inside the units.

Yes, we have free and fast WI-FI for our guests.

Yes, all the water from the taps is mains supplied and completely drinkable.

Yes, we do recycle. There are separate recycling bins within each unit. Full information on what can be recycled is in the welcome pack. We encourage guests to recycle as much of their waste as possible and to check their welcome pack for more information.

Yes we do! There’s a flat fee of £30 per charge – this must be pre-booked with us bookings@chasefarmglamping.co.uk

Yes, all our units have a freezer.  The Country Cottage and Airstream have full-size fridge-freezers, and “The Lookout” Shepherd’s Hut has a small freezer compartment inside the fridge. 

No, smoking is not allowed inside any of our properties. There are flowerpots of sand outside of the properties to extinguish cigarettes.

Yes, we now offer reiki therapy sessions in your unit, as well private yoga lessons a short walk (or even shorter drive) away from your unit with Camomile Lawn. Pre-booking is essential and enquires can be made by contacting Helen at hello@camomile-lawn.com.

Yes, all of our properties have BBQ firepits, along with dining furniture outside each unit.

All guests are required to make funds available for a Good Housekeeping Bond prior to arrival. For the Airstream and “The Lookout” Shepherds Hut the deposit is £100, and the Country Cottage £150. This will only be charged if there is damage to the property during your stay.

All units are thoroughly cleaned after every stay.  We do just request that guests leave the property in the same tidy state you found it e.g. cups and plates washed and put away. We do ask that guests remove the sheets from the beds and leave all used towels in the bath/shower.  If guests are staying for longer than 10 days, we will provide fresh bedding, towels and clean the property mid-term.

We always strive to provide guests with excellent standard of service and accommodation. To help us to maintain these high standards, we are always keen to hear from our guests about their experiences.  There are guest books in each unit for guests to leave their feedback.  Guests can email us directly or complete the feedback form we send following their departure.  Alternatively, guests can leave a review on Trip Advisor or Google.
